My officemates and I have incredible office space available for rent in our beautifully-decorated six-office suite (2100 sq ft) of psychologists, social workers and allied professionals providing clinical, consulting, forensic, neuropsychological, biofeedback and nutritional-counseling services. This presents wonderful opportunities for cross referrals and sharing of psychological and neuropsychological testing equipment.
We are open to sublet part-time or full-time, including evenings and weekends. The offices are fully furnished. All you need are your laptop and clients.
We have a large waiting area with a separate child’s play area, kitchen, and storage areas. In the waiting area is a custom-built visitor-notification system that lets you know when your client has arrived. Utilities including electric, internet, water, networked printers, and fax are all included.
We’re open to psychologists and other non-psychologist disciplines too (e.g., speech language pathologists, academic tutors, social workers, psychiatrists, college coaches, etc.). This could also be prime office space for solo attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
Our office building is in the Executive Centre, off of Hooks Lane (between Reisterstown Rd and Park Heights Ave) in Pikesville with very convenient access to the Baltimore beltway (exit 20). There is ample free parking and the office is handicapped-accessible.
